30-Day Free Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Lilac Paws. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at agenegocios740@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
